All 15 eligible members signed on, 9 recording 37lb 3.5oz of pouting, dogfish, whiting and rockling. Everyone won a prize, starting at £75 for the winner (sponsored by W.W.A.C) down to £25 or a bucket of grip weights

CHRISTMAS OPEN RESULTS

60 anglers signed on , 18 weighed in a total of 33lb 0.5 ozs made up of 9 wrasse, 6 lesser spotted dogfish, 5 flounders, 1 pollack, 1 bass and 1 pout.

1st Jamie Currie.   4lb 5oz

2nd  Dave Snook    3lb 13oz

3rd  Matt Flambard    3lb 10.5oz

Best specimen and heaviest fish sweeps were won by Jamie Currie with a wrasse of 4lb 5oz.

 2nd best specimen was a dogfish of 1lb 14 oz caught by Dean Walls.

 Top junior was Lewis Love.

 Best placed W.W.A.C member was Nick Cassford with 2lb 8oz.

The pairs sweep was won by Jamie Currie and Ainsley Bennett with 5lb 7oz.

The Cooke Howard veterans walking stick was won by Dave Snook for a bass of 3lb 13oz.
