WWAC OPEN SHORE COMP RESULTS
19 anglers signed on, only 4 recorded 77lb 9.5oz made up
of 9 smoothounds and 1 bass.
Best specimen and heaviest fish was a 10lb 15.5oz smoothound
caught by John Turner.
The top W.W.A.C. £50 prize was won by Simon Deacon.

Competition from 0800 hours on May 1st to midnight on May 31st.
Open to both
Boat and Shore caught fish. Entry is £5.00 with the bonus of a £50 Odessa
Voucher to the top WWAC member.

CHRISTMAS OPEN RESULTS
35 signed on, 12 recorded 27lb 12oz, made up of 4 Ballan
Wrasse, 3 Bass, 3 Flounders, 3 L s Dogfish and 1 Whiting.
Joint winners, each with a Bass of 3lb 13oz were Rod
Whitewood and Mark Gilbert, they also shared the heaviest fish sweep and the
£50 top W.W.A.C members prize.
Best specimen was a Ballan Wrasse of 3lb caught by Liam
Smith.
The Veterans walking stick (over 50) was also won by Rod
Whitewood.
Drawn pairs prize winners were Rod Whitewood and Andy
Cassell (5lb 12.5oz).
Top lady was Chris Bennett.
No juniors entered.
